Property Monitoring

Greenbelt’s property monitoring program is designed for our members to act as our eyes and ears on our land on properties throughout Essex County.

Types of volunteer activities can include:

Trail clearing
Trail marking and maintenance
Wildlife observation
Leading walks for Greenbelt

Requirements for the program:

Reporting to Greenbelt at regular intervals(minimum of 4 times per year with a web-based report)
Basic knowledge of trail maintenance
Good physical health
