Let’s Hike Haverhill: Hike at Winnekenni, a Haverhill Treasure!

At 550 acres, Winnekenni Park Conservation Area offers expansive natural beauty. Our hike will start and end at the historic Winnekenni Castle, taking us on a 3-4 mile journey across mostly easy to moderate terrain. For those seeking a longer hike, additional trails are available. With so many trail options, we’ll explore some of the less-traveled paths to experience the area’s hidden gems.
Our guide is Tom Wylie, Haverhill Conservation Commission. During our visit to the Castle, Tom Sullivan, a member of the Winnekenni Foundation, will provide insights into the history, present, and future of this iconic site, one of Haverhill’s Cultural Treasures.
