Property Monitoring
Greenbelt’s property monitoring program is designed for our members to act as our eyes and ears at Greenbelt properties throughout Essex County.
Volunteer Activities
- Trail clearing
- Trail marking and maintenance
- Wildlife observation
- Leading walks for Greenbelt
Requirements for the Program
- Reporting to Greenbelt at regular intervals (minimum of 4 times per year with a web-based report)
- Basic knowledge of trail maintenance
- Good physical health
